In the interview, I discuss how Pixi aims to be accessible to all women - we are unique because we have prestige formulas and packaging without prestige pricing, and I hand-mix every colour we do, working close to our lab with every formula. Still every day after 16 years, I LOVE my job
I talk about our new Pixi Fixi videos, which are all about answering the questions I get from our customers - simple solutions to common beauty concerns. I also address my beauty philosophy ("providing women with time-saving and effective makeup solutions"), and the unstoppable cult-favourite Glow Tonic ("it’s become a must-have for any woman’s beauty routine") among other exciting developments.
