Beautiful Brows with Natural Brow Duo

Tips & Tricks

Brows…what can I say? They are one of the most important features on the face and are making a MAJOR comeback!

What else can make such a huge difference in the way you look?

Grace Kelly goes from girl-next-door to absolutely striking with a bit of brow pencil :)

The best way to define brows? It’s my personal makeup artist must-have and cult-favourite, Natural Brow Duo!

This genius brow tool has been specifically designed to make it easy for you to create beautiful brows & keep them looking great all day!

Natural Brow Duo consists of 2 parts:

1. A waterproof pencil to fill in and define brows. The formula is nice & hard so that you can “sketch” in brows for THE most natural look. Use the fuller side through the front of the brow until the arch, and then the tapered side on the end toward the temple.

2. A tinted fixing gel to brush through brows after filling them in with the pencil. The petite brush delivers the ideal amount of formula, drying soft and never flaking.

A key part to creating your best brows is shade selection! Try to match as close as you can to your natural hair colour.

Try to stay away from any shades that are too warm or red-based. I mixed the Natural Brow Duo shades so that they are more grey-based, meaning that they look softer and more natural on the skin.

When you’ve got your product and perfect colour, it’s easy to enhance!

1. Make an invisible line from the side of your nose to the outside of your iris and follow this line to the brow – this is where your ideal arch is.

2. Make an invisible line from the side of your nose to the inner corner of the eye and follow this line to the brow – this is where the ideal beginning of your brow is.

3. Make an invisible line from the side of your nose to the outer corner of the eye and follow this line to the brow – this is where the ideal end of your brow is.

Now that you’ve plotted out the points, fill in brows with short, soft strokes (you want them to look like individual brow hairs rather than a solid drawn-on line). Brush through with brow gel to shape & set.

Add a matte cream shade highlight under the brow & you’re done – beautiful brows!

Now go off into the world knowing that you have a great set of brows, but (as industry icon Kevyn Aucoin notes below) make sure that you still have your fabulous personality to back it up :)
